Global Event Management Coordinator

The Global Production and Operations Coordinator reports directly to the Vice President, Global Production and Operations and will be involved in all aspects of our domestic and international Festivals and events and interact with all departments across the organization. 

Job Responsibilities:
-Overall general production support on all domestic an international festivals and events
-Responsible for coordinating travel, rooming, logistics and other duties as assigned
-Ensure documents are uploaded in Dropbox and Google docs are update
-Preparation of agendas and meeting notes as it relates to production meetings
-Internal and external scheduling of meetings and conference calls 
-Travel to events both domestically and internationally required
-Festival ticket count reporting
- Internal credential processing 
- venue scouting for ancillary events around festivals
-ad hoc production department projects and implementation of best practices 
- production amex reconciliation/invoice payment /reconciliation and input into budgets

Job Requirements: 
-Event production experience required
-felixble, "can do" attitude 
- Google suite, excel, powerpoint, and keynote proficient
- trello and slack proficiency a plus
- highly organized and efficient time management skills
