Beautycon Media is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to assist the CEO. You will be responsible for scheduling, personal errands, travel arrangements, data entry, and expenses. 1 years administrative experience in a fast-paced environment, talent agency, advertising agency, creative agency, production setting supporting an executive at the VP level or above
Strong copy skills, grammar and spelling a must
Powerpoint, Keynote, Photoshop, Excel, Google Suite
Understanding of client management, client relations, CRM software
Must have a car and feel comfortable driving regularly in order to complete errands
CRM (Customer Resource Management)
Managing financial reporting: expenses, invoices, and accounting coding
Helping executives with organizational tasks
Being a resource to all departments, acting as a communication hub for the company
Work directly with the CEO
